This is because Swedish Massage can be easily adapted to suit every client’s needs. It can be soothing and relaxing but also stimulating. Swedish Massage can be used to target general aches and pains, with techniques pinpointing exact areas that need attention. It is a good introduction to massage before trying Deep Tissue Massage, as various pressures can be tried. A beneficial and relaxing treatment.

A seated massage that is orientated around the shoulders, shoulder blades, neck, scalp, face and chest. Indian Head Massage focuses on areas of tension through pressure points and deep precise movements, that help break down tension and increase blood flow. This specialist treatment is designed to cater for expectant Mums every need. Carried out with the client lying on her side, this massage focuses on the whole body including the abdomen and the face giving comfort, relaxation and relief.
*This massage can only be carried out after the first trimester (12 weeks).
*Before treatment can take place, please be aware that Verbal Consent from a Primary Medical Carer such as a Midwife will be required. Once obtained, a Client Declaration will need to be signed confirming Permission has been given for Treatment to proceed. This will need to be retained for Client Records.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that has powerful effects on the immune system and can also be very relaxing and good for pain relief. ‘Treat Your Feet’ with Callus Peel, a treatment system that helps soften and remove hard skin on the heels and balls of the feet in
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS:
STEP ONE – The patches (skin softener) are placed on the hard skin areas of the feet and are wrapped and left for up to 15 mins.
STEP TWO – Once this process is complete, the hard skin is ready for removal*.

STEP THREE – The areas are then filed and buffed to ensure all remaining callus has been removed.

Ear Candling is an ancient therapy used in the Ancient Egyptian, Roman and Greek times to cleanse the aura. Modern day Hopi Ear Candling comes from the practices of the Native American Hopi Tribe, Hopi meaning ‘Peaceful People’. Ear Candling is known for its relaxing and calming benefits.
