Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I am very excited to announce that Manual Lymphatic Drainage has officially launched in November 2022, after gaining training and certification with Gateway Workshops, using a routine strongly influenced by Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage Techniques,

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that has powerful effects on the immune system and can also be very relaxing and good for pain relief. Its main benefit is to promote the optimum function of the Lymphatic System, which helps remove metabolic wastes, fluids, toxins and bacteria from the body’s tissues through Lymph Vessels and the Capillaries of the Circulatory System. See the images below to see the full benefits of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

This treatment is available in 30 or 60 minute slots, however these can be tailored to individual needs and can be discussed further in the Consultation Process.

Why Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

After being diagnosed with Lymphedema in 2020, following 13 years of suffering from severe swelling and oedema in my legs following an injury as well as an acute attack of Cellulitis, the Course on Manual Lymphatic Drainage personally helped me gain a better understanding of the condition and knowledge of how this treatment could be of benefit. I look forward to sharing this treatment with you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly through the Contact Us section…
