New Massage Tool – The Wavestone
A New Massage Tool is being used at Creating Harmony Holistic Therapies. The Wavestone was designed and invented by Adrian Jenkinson, a Sports Therapist who designed it for himself to help extend his career and therapy work. It has become so popular among other practitioners that The Wavestone Company was born.
I attended training with Adrian in October to try out The Wavestone and see how I could integrate it into my therapies. A versatile tool, handmade out of White Jade, its shape allows it to act as an extension of my hands and allows me to apply deeper pressure on areas of tension. The beauty of this tool is that it can be used hot and cold, which can benefit you by enhancing the massages’ benefits.
The Wavestone is currently being used within treatments where I feel it will benefit the individual client. The Wavestone is now being used within our Signature Deep Tissue Massage treatments, alongside Bamboo Massage techniques.
