SME Wellbeing = Small and Medium Enterprise Wellbeing
Funded by Somerset County Council and initiated by New Leaf Workplace Wellbeing and Public Health Somerset, SME Wellbeing is encouraging business in Somerset to sign a pledge to agree:
- To encourage conversations about wellbeing
- To knowing where to signpost for help and support
- To encouraging training of all staff in wellbeing and mental health
- To take steps to look after your own wellbeing
- To encourage and organise green wellbeing pause points
I am very honoured to be a part of this Wellbeing Pledge and to play a part in making Somerset the UK Centre of Wellbeing. Although I am a Sole Trader, I pledge to try and keep up to date with current guidelines and training surrounding Mental Health and Wellbeing and promote the importance of Self Care. It has always been my aim to make my treatment space a safe area for clients to feel comfortable and gain the upmost benefits from their holistic therapy treatments.
